Welcome to dehack.io (the “Site”), owned and operated by Dehack (“Dehack d.o.o”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms govern your use of the informational content and contact functionalities of the Site; the provision of our penetration testing services is governed by separate service agreements.

Any information related to security or penetration testing on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dehack, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. The limitations of this section shall apply to any theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, statute, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if Dehack has been informed of the possibility of such damage. Our liability for any issues arising from contracted penetration testing services is governed exclusively by the specific service agreement for that engagement.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Calendly) that are not owned or controlled by Dehack. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Dehack shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
